The DEVI 3m Replacement Floor Sensor is the genuine OEM spare part for restoring accurate floor temperature monitoring to any DEVI or Amber underfloor heating thermostat. If your thermostat is displaying incorrect temperature readings, fluctuating readings, or an error code indicating a sensor fault, replacing the floor sensor probe is usually all that is needed to return the system to full performance — without replacing the thermostat itself.
⚠️ Sensor replacement should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Any work on the thermostat wiring must be carried out by a Part P registered electrician in accordance with BS 7671.
