Shipping policy

All goods with marked Quantities are dispatched direct from our warehouse in Norwich on a 48 hour service, Same working day dispatch for any goods ordered and paid for by 12 Noon. 

All other goods are dispatched direct from our suppliers, usually next working day, Usually on their own vehicles (Some small items may be sent by carrier)

In the unlikely event your goods arrive visibly damaged you MUST refuse delivery.

All delivery costs are shown at the checkot stage.

If any damages are found when unpacking, these must be reported with photographic evidence, We will then advise if the supplier wants to collect the item or just send a replacement / refund.
