Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Bubblegum Bathrooms handles dispatch, delivery, supplier-direct shipments, damage reporting and collection arrangements.

Dispatch Times

Items showing a stock quantity are held in our Norwich warehouse and dispatched on a 48‑hour delivery service. Orders placed and paid for by 12 noon are dispatched the same working day.

Smaller postable items that do not show a stock quantity are ordered in at the time of sale. These typically take 2–3 working days to reach us, after which they are dispatched on a 48‑hour delivery service.

Many items now include delivery costs within the product price. Where delivery is incorporated, a "Free Shipping" label will appear and no additional shipping charge will appear at checkout.

Supplier‑Direct Deliveries

Some products are dispatched direct from our suppliers, usually the next working day, often on their own vehicles. Smaller items may be sent by carrier.

Delivery costs for supplier‑direct items vary depending on brand and warehouse. These charges typically range from £14.40 – £118.80 and are usually incorporated into the product price.

Damaged Deliveries

If your goods arrive visibly damaged, you must refuse delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

If damage is discovered after unpacking, it must be reported with photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery.

We will advise whether the supplier wishes to collect the item or send a replacement/refund. All damage reports must be sent to: customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk

We do not recommend booking a plumber until you have received and checked your goods.

Shipping Costs

All delivery costs are shown at the checkout stage. Where delivery is incorporated into the product price, no additional charge will be shown.

Supplier‑direct delivery charges vary by manufacturer and range from £14.40 – £118.80. These may be deducted from refunds where applicable (see Returns Policy).

Free Shipping

All orders over £500 qualify for free standard delivery.

Wetwall Direct Delivery is £48, or free on Wetwall orders over £250.

Collection

Collection from our Norwich shop is free. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
