The V-Care Comfort is a previous-generation model being cleared at a reduced price. It is brand new, delivered direct from our supplier, and fully guaranteed — the reduced price reflects its clearance status, not its quality.
How many are left?
Only a limited number of units remain at this price. Once stock is gone, this model will not be restocked.
What is the difference between the V-Care Comfort and V-Care Essential?
The Comfort is the mid-range model and adds a drying function, both female and male wash modes, and an auto open/close seat compared to the entry-level Essential. The V-Care Essential is currently sold out.
Does this include a WC frame and cistern?
No — the pan is sold separately from the frame and cistern. We recommend the VitrA V-Fix Prime Concealed WC Frame, which is fully compatible with this pan.
Does it need an electrical connection?
Yes — the smart functions (bidet wash, drying, heated seat, auto lid, deodoriser) require a 220–240V electrical supply at the installation point. This must be installed by a qualified electrician prior to fitting.
What water pressure is required?
A minimum of 0.7 bar mains water pressure is required. This toilet is not suitable for gravity-fed or low-pressure systems.
What is VitrA Hygiene glaze?
VitrA Hygiene glaze is an independently certified 99.9% antibacterial ceramic surface treatment. It inhibits bacterial growth on the ceramic surface, making the toilet more hygienic and easier to keep clean.
What is Rim-ex rimless technology?
Rim-ex removes the traditional inner rim from the toilet bowl, eliminating the hidden areas where bacteria and limescale typically accumulate. The result is a more hygienic bowl that is significantly easier to clean thoroughly.
