Available in three specification levels (Base, Core, and Prime), the V-Care 3 brings app control, voice activation, integrated bidet, and VitrA Clean water-repellent glazing to every version. Choose the toilet that matches your needs, and add a V-Fix frame if you need the concealed cistern and support structure too.
⚠️ Installation Note: The V-Care 3 is a wall-hung smart toilet and requires a concealed WC frame and cistern (such as the VitrA V-Fix frames available as variants below). A mains electrical supply is required at the installation point and must be connected by a qualified electrician. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Both V-Fix frames are compatible with all three V-Care 3 toilet versions. Select a frame if you need the concealed cistern and wall support structure as part of your order.

What is the difference between Base, Core, and Prime?
All three versions share the same core smart toilet technology — app control, voice activation, bidet, self-cleaning nozzle, deodoriser, VitrA Clean glaze, and soft-close seat. Core adds a heated seat, warm air dryer, and additional wash modes. Prime goes further with auto open/close lid, user detection, and the highest-specification wash and dry settings.
What is the difference between the V-Fix Core and V-Fix Prime frames?
Both frames are compatible with all V-Care 3 toilet versions and are rated to 400kg with a 10-year guarantee. The V-Fix Prime adds spring-loaded feet for easier installation, an adjustable waste pipe clamp, plasterboard imprint reference points for precise cutting, and integrated water and electrical channels with a junction box location — particularly useful if you plan to use an electronic flush plate in future.
Do I need a frame if I already have one?
If you already have a compatible concealed WC frame and cistern installed, you can select the Toilet Only variant (Base, Core, or Prime) without adding a frame. If you're starting from scratch, we recommend selecting a V-Fix frame as part of your order.
Which flush plate do I need?
A flush plate is required to complete the installation and is not included with the toilet or frame. We stock the VitrA Loop Square and VitrA Loop Round flush plates — both compatible with the V-Fix frames.
Does the toilet need an electrical connection?
Yes — the bidet wash, heated functions, app control, and electronic features all require a mains electrical supply at the installation point. This must be connected by a qualified electrician prior to fitting.
What is VitrA Clean glazing?
VitrA Clean is an innovative water-repellent ceramic glaze that causes water to bead on the surface, preventing limescale and dirt from adhering to the bowl. It makes cleaning significantly easier and maintains hygiene with minimal effort — included on all three V-Care 3 versions.
