🚚 Free UK Mainland Pallet Delivery — 4 to 7 Working Days. Senstec stone resin shower trays are delivered by pallet courier to UK mainland addresses only, via 7.5 tonne lorry. Delivery is free of charge. Please allow 4–7 working days from order. These trays are also on display in our Norwich showroom if you’d like to see the quality in person before ordering.
📦 Outside UK Mainland? We can deliver to Scotland (Highlands & Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other non-mainland postcodes — please call us on 01603 381095 or email us with your postcode for a delivery quote before ordering.
⚠️ Poor Access? Our trays are delivered via 7.5 tonne lorry. If your property has known access restrictions (narrow lanes, low bridges, restricted turning, etc.), please contact us before ordering — we may be able to arrange a smaller delivery vehicle.
⚠️ Failed Delivery Charge. If a delivery attempt fails due to access issues at your property, a £200 failed delivery charge will apply. Please ensure suitable access is available for a 7.5 tonne lorry, or contact us in advance if you have any concerns.
