The TBCharge Dual is compatible with Oral-B io2, io3, io4, io5, and io6. It is not compatible with Oral-B io7, io8, io9, io10, or the Pulsonic series. Please check your model before ordering.

What backbox does it require?
The TBCharge Dual requires a standard dual gang 47mm backbox, which is not included. This is a common size available from most electrical suppliers.
Is it safe to install in a bathroom?
Yes — the TBCharge Dual is IP44 rated, making it suitable for Zone 2 bathroom installations (areas more than 60cm from a bath or shower). Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
Do the coloured variants include a faceplate?
Yes — the Black, Brushed Brass, Brushed Steel, and Polished Steel variants each include a matching premium faceplate. The White variant uses the standard white faceplate. If you want to change the finish of a White unit later, a replacement faceplate is available separately.
What is the difference between the Single and Dual charger?
The Single charger holds and charges one toothbrush. The Dual charger holds and charges two toothbrushes simultaneously — ideal for couples or households with two Oral-B io users.
