The Como basin unit and Tivoli close coupled WC are pre-selected for compatibility and coordinated finish — giving you a complete, contemporary cloakroom suite in a single purchase. The basin unit arrives pre-assembled with an integrated ceramic basin (1 tap hole). The close coupled WC includes a soft-close seat as standard.

No — the basin tap is sold separately. The basin has a single tap hole, compatible with any standard monobloc basin mixer tap or single pillar tap. See our recommended tap suggestions above.
Is the basin unit supplied pre-assembled?
Yes — the Como basin unit arrives fully assembled. It is ready to position, level, and connect straight from the box.
What soil pipe connections does the WC support?
The Tivoli close coupled WC supports 4-way soil coupling: straight out (horizontal), straight down (vertical), left, or right. The soil pipe spigot is 170mm from the wall.
What is the cistern inlet position?
The cistern inlet is right-hand position. Please ensure your water supply connection is on the right side of the cistern before ordering.
What guarantee does this pack carry?
The Como furniture carries a 5-year guarantee. The Tivoli ceramic sanitaryware carries a lifetime guarantee. All guarantees are subject to correct installation and normal domestic use.
