Frequently Asked Questions
What does left-hand and right-hand mean for a shower bath?
The hand refers to which end of the bath the wider showering area is on when viewed from above, standing at the tap end. Left-hand means the shower end is on the left; right-hand means it's on the right. To determine which you need, stand where the taps will be and look towards the bath — the shower end should be on the side closest to your shower valve.
Do shower baths come with a screen?
Our L-shaped and P-shaped shower baths include a front panel and shower screen as standard. The C-shaped bath includes legs only. Always check the product listing for exactly what's included before ordering.
Do I need a special shower valve for a shower bath?
You'll need a thermostatic or manual shower valve with a bath/shower diverter, allowing you to switch between filling the bath and using the shower. A handheld shower kit or overhead shower can then be connected. Browse our Showering collection for compatible options.
Can I order if the item shows as out of stock?
Yes — our shower baths can be ordered even when showing as out of stock, and we'll fulfil your order as soon as stock is available. If you need a specific delivery timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@bubblegumbathrooms.co.uk before ordering.
